Jewelry Enameling
This article explores different types of jewelry enameling, where skilled craftsmen carefully apply and finish each layer of enamel.
The process allows greater control over color, texture, and detail, creating a distinctive finish for every piece.
At Primarose, our enamel jewelry service can be mainly divided into three types: transparent enamel, opaque enamel, and matte enamel. Each finish gives a different character to the jewelry and is suitable for different design styles.

Matte Enamel
A soft, non-shiny enamel finish that gives jewelry a modern, calm, and understated look.
Note: Matte surfaces show uneven filling more easily, so simple shapes and clean color areas work best.
Best Matched Styles: Minimalist jewelry, geometric designs, symbolic charms, modern signet rings, men’s jewelry, and subtle color collections.

Opaque Glossy Enamel
A smooth, glossy enamel finish with vivid color. It gives jewelry a bright and eye-catching look.
Best Matched Styles: Food jewelry, fruit charms, animal designs, floral earrings, colorful pendants, souvenir pieces, and playful fashion collections.

Transparent Enamel
A clear, glass-like enamel finish that allows the polished silver underneath to show through. It creates depth, reflection, and a refined see-through effect.
Note: The metal surface underneath must be well-prepared, as scratches may be visible through the clear enamel.
Best Matched Styles: Classic symbols, signet rings, Celtic designs, floral motifs, charms, and pieces that need subtle color with visible silver detail.
