Jewelry Manufacturing Expertise We Offer
Primarose supports a wide range of specialized jewelry manufacturing techniques for jewelry businesses looking for reliable, repeatable production. We work with brands, wholesalers, retailers and distributors, combining skilled craftsmanship with practical production experience across sterling silver, brass and plated jewelry.
Below are some of the specialty techniques we regularly work with.
Oxidized & Vintage-Finish Jewelry
Oxidation can be used to bring out engraved details and recessed surfaces. We can adjust the level of oxidation to create anything from subtle contrast to a stronger aged or vintage appearance.
Mirror Polishing
Mirror polishing is one of Primarose’s signature finishing techniques. Through our polishing process, we can achieve an exceptionally smooth and reflective jewelry surface, creating a true mirror-like finish where reflections can be clearly seen on the metal.
Sandblasting and Matte Polishing
For customers looking for a softer, non-reflective surface, we offer both sandblasted and matte-polished finishes.
These techniques can create anything from a fine satin appearance to a more textured matte surface
Hand-Hammered Jewelry & Natural Textures
Some jewelry details are still best produced by hand.
Our team can work on hand-twisted ropes, beads, and other handmade techniques that require manual assembly or finishing.
Jewelry Plating
We offer a variety of jewelry plating and coating options, including gold, pink gold, black rhodium, rhodium, silver plating, ED coating, and other finishes.
Different plating thicknesses are available depending on the customer’s requirements and intended use.
Our current finishing options include both electroplating and PVD, allowing customers to select the process most suitable for their product, color, durability requirements and budget.
Stone Inlay
We offer stone inlay using a variety of natural and man-made materials.
Frequently used materials include turquoise, agate, abalone, mother of pearl, and pearl. Other materials can also be discussed depending on the design.
Both genuine and imitation materials are available depending on the requirement.
Stamping Technique
Stamping is particularly suitable for flat, lightweight and ultra-thin jewelry designs, with thicknesses typically around 0.5 to 0.7 mm. It can be used for pieces such as thin lockets, flat components and springy bangles. For suitable designs, stamping can also provide an efficient production method for repeat orders.
Multi-Stone Setting
We work with a range of stone-setting techniques. The appropriate setting method depends on the design, stone size, shape, and production requirements.
Enamel Jewelry
We offer enamel work in a variety of colors and applications, depending on the design. Our enamel capabilities include transparent, glossy, and matte finishes.
Mechanical & Functional Jewelry
We have experience producing jewelry with moving parts, hinges, closures, and functional mechanisms.
Examples include multi-layer lockets, hinged hoop earrings with secure click closures, opening pendants, and other functional silver items.
Handmade Jewelry
Some jewelry details are still best produced by hand.
Our team can work on hand-twisted ropes, beads, and other handmade techniques that require manual assembly or finishing.
